Indoor Cycling

Group Fitness | Indoor CyclingUsing a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting, indoor cycling classes focus on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery.


Group Fitness | ZumbaZumba involves dance and aerobic elements, incorporating many elements of hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves.

Body Sculpting

Group Fitness | Body SculptingAlso considered core conditioning, body sculpting is a non-aerobic, muscle-toning class, usually focused on core strength. Classes use weight bars, exercise bands, dumbbells, or a combination of this equipment.


Group Fitness | YogaDefined as the Hindu practice of physical, mental, and spiritual discipline; the goal of yoga, or of the person practicing yoga, is the attainment of a state of perfect spiritual insight and tranquility while meditating.


Group Fitness | HITTOr High Intensity Interval Training, these are short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.

Metabolic Training

Group Fitness | Metabolic Training Structural and compound exercises – with little rest in between – in an effort to maximize calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and after the workout.

Arms & Abs

Group Fitness | HITTCome work your core and challenge your upper body in this 1 hr sculpting class. Learn how to effectively target your abs using your own body-weight as well as a variety of equipment. Your arms will thank you at the end!
