GROUP EXERCISE CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
SpinSPIN – aka Indoor Cycling. Whether you’re an avid outdoor cyclist or a newbie to the spin bike, this class is a must. We work flat roads & hills, go through endurance & interval rides, as well as perform drills that will leave you dripping with sweat. Never been on a bike? Who cares! Try it and you will be hooked. Did I mention it’s a great way to get your cardio in without getting bored?
MetabolicMETABOLIC – Get a full body workout with exercises that are intended to rev up your metabolism and burn fat.
HIITHIIT - Perform high intensity intervals using a wide variety of stationary cardio exercises and plyometrics to boost your fitness level and burn fat !
ARMS & ABSARMS & ABS – Work your arms, shoulders, back, and core using a variety of bodyweight and freeweight exercises.
